The amendments made to Article 8 of our Company's Articles of Association were approved by our shareholders at the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting held on December 28, 2025, and were registered with the trade registry on December 29, 2025. They were published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette, issue no. 11489, dated December 29, 2025.
The updated Articles of Association, including all registered amendments currently in force, are attached hereto.
This announcement has been simultaneously released to the public in English. In the event of any discrepancies between the Turkish and English versions, the Turkish version shall prevail.
