The amendment of Article 3 of the Articles of Association, which was approved by the Capital Markets Board with the letter numbered E-29833736-110.03.03-55795 dated June 25, 2024, and by the Ministry of Trade with the letter numbered E-50035491-431.02-00098516196 dated July 8, 2024, was accepted at the Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on August 9, 2024.
