With the Board of Directors' resolution dated January 23, 2025, it has been decided to establish a new company under the name Agross Mağazacılık Anonim Şirketi, operating in the wholesale and retail sector. The total capital of the newly established company will be TRY 100,000,000 (One Hundred Million Turkish Lira), and our company will participate in the capital with a 90% share, amounting to TRY 90,000,000 (Ninety Million Turkish Lira).

The necessary initiatives regarding this matter have been initiated, and further developments will be shared accordingly.
