As Agrotech, the grid connection application submitted to Terna S.p.A., Italy's Electricity Transmission System Operator, for our 12 MW installed capacity Agro-PV (Agriculture + Solar Energy) investment project located in the Ferrara region of Italy has been positively concluded, and the official Grid Connection Opinion and Capacity Approval have been obtained.
This approval represents a critical milestone, confirming the technical feasibility of our project and its capacity for integration with the national electricity transmission infrastructure.

Our Agro-PV project to be implemented in Ferrara aims to contribute to the strengthening of sustainable agricultural models and to the increase of clean energy supply by combining agricultural production and renewable energy generation within the same area. With this integrated model, which is expected to serve as a reference across Europe, Agrotech seeks to reduce dependence on fossil fuels and enhance the efficient use of agricultural resources.

The project is progressing in line with the planned investment schedule, and we will continue to share significant developments regarding the subsequent phases of the project with the public in due course.

Respectfully announced to our stakeholders and the public.
