Our company has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China-based drone manufacturer Joyance Technology and United Arab Emirates–based artificial intelligence software company GridStudio AI for the development, production, and commercialization of next-generation drone technologies.

Within the scope of this collaboration, four different drone models with payload capacities of 20 kg, 30 kg, 40 kg, and 50 kg will be developed and launched to the market simultaneously. In this partnership, Joyance Technology will be responsible for hardware development and manufacturing processes, while GridStudio AI will provide the artificial intelligence and software infrastructure.

The next-generation drone models are designed for use across multiple sectors, primarily agricultural technologies, disaster and emergency management, and energy and industrial applications.

Planned use cases include:

  • Agriculture: spraying, fertilization, seeding, plant health analysis, and yield monitoring,
  • Disaster and emergency response: early detection through thermal imaging, area surveillance, and operational mission support,
  • Energy and industrial applications: cleaning of solar power plants, as well as inspection and maintenance of high-rise and industrial structures.

T he drones will feature modular, mission-configurable equipment and support multi-drone operations, enabling simultaneous mission management through a centralized command and control system. This structure is expected to deliver lower operational costs, higher speed, and increased efficiency.

In the initial phase, sales and dealership networks are planned to be established in Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman. In the following phase, export activities targeting African, European, and Central Asian markets are planned.

The global market size of AI-powered intelligent drone technologies is expected to exceed USD 150 billion within the next five years. Our company aims to achieve a total production and sales volume of 2,000 drones within the first 18 months of market entry.

This strategic cooperation is expected to contribute positively to our company's revenue growth, profitability, and international market positioning in the medium and long term.
