oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 12/01/2026 tarihli toplantısında; toptan ve perakende mağazacılık alanında faaliyet göstermek üzere 2025 yılı içerisinde ilk şubesini açarak operasyonlarına başlayan bağlı ortaklığımız Agross Mağazacılık Anonim Şirketi'nin aktif büyüme stratejisi kapsamında, üçüncü şubesinin Zeytinburnu / İstanbul adresinde faaliyete geçirilmesine karar verilmiştir. Toplam 1.850 m² market alanına sahip olacak Zeytinburnu Şubesi, Agross Mağazacılık A.Ş.'nin toptan ve perakende mağazacılık sektöründeki güçlü, erişilebilir ve sürdürülebilir büyüme vizyonunu destekleyen stratejik bir yatırım niteliği taşımaktadır. Şirketimiz; tarım ve teknolojiyi entegre eden yenilikçi iş modeli doğrultusunda, yerli üreticiden tüketiciye uzanan tedarik zincirinin tüm aşamalarında kalite, güven, izlenebilirlik ve maliyet verimliliğini esas alan modern mağazacılık anlayışını benimsemekte olup, bu vizyon çerçevesinde ilgili alandaki yatırımlarını artırarak, Türkiye genelinde güçlü, yaygın ve sürdürülebilir bir satış ağı oluşturmayı ve söz konusu mağazacılık hizmetlerini daha geniş kitlelerle buluşturmayı hedeflemektedir. At the meeting of our Board of Directors dated 12/01/2026 , it was resolved, within the scope of the active growth strategy of our subsidiary Agross Mağazacılık Anonim Şirketi , which commenced its operations by opening its first branch in 2025 to operate in the wholesale and retail sector, to put its third branch into operation at the Zeytinburnu / Istanbul location. The Zeytinburnu Branch , which will have a total market area of 1,850 m² , represents a strategic investment supporting Agross Mağazacılık A.Ş.'s strong, accessible, and sustainable growth vision in the wholesale and retail sector. In line with its innovative business model integrating agriculture and technology , our Company adopts a modern retailing approach that prioritizes quality, trust, traceability, and cost efficiency across all stages of the supply chain from local producers to consumers. Within this framework, our Company aims to expand its investments in this field, establish a strong, widespread, and sustainable sales network throughout Turkey , and deliver these retail services to a broader customer base.
