sermayesinin, tamamı iç kaynaklardan (sermaye düzeltmesi olumlu farkları) karşılanmak üzere
526.500.000 TL tutarında bedelsiz artırılarak 721.500.000 TL'ye çıkarılması nedeniyle ihraç edilecek
54.000.000 TL nominal değerli A grubu ve 472.500.000 TL nominal değerli B grubu paylara ilişkin ihraç
belgesi ve esas sözleşmenin 8'inci maddesinin tadili SPK tarafından onaylanmış olup, söz konusu hususlar 25.11.2025 tarih ve 2025/60 sayılı SPK Haftalık Bülteninde yayınlanmış ve 27.11.2025 tarihinde Şirketimize yazı ile bildirilmiştir.
Bu kapsamda onaylı İhraç Belgesi ve Esas Sözleşme Tadil Metni ekte sunulmaktır.
Bedelsiz Sermaye Artırımı ile ilgili hak kullanım sürecine 01.12.2025 tarihinde başlanacaktır.
