Our company has signed agreement with SAHA Kurumsal Yönetim ve Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş., which is officially authorized to conduct corporate governance rating activities in Turkey in compliance with the Corporate Governance Principles of the Capital Markets Board, on 06/02/2025 for the purpose of renewal of our Company's corporate governance rating. The validity period of the agreement is two rating periods.

This statement has been prepared both in English and Turkish. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
