Esas Sözleşme değişiklik tadil tasarısı, T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı'ndan da gerekli izinler alındıktan sonra, yapılacak ilk Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulacaktır. Bu Özel Durum Açıklaması Türkçe ve İngilizce hazırlanmış olup iki metin arasında herhangi bir çelişki olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.		Our application for the amendment of the Article 7 titled "Capital of the Company" of the Articles of Association of our Company was approved by the Capital Market Board with the attached letter dated 24.04.2026 and numbered E-29833736-110.04.04-90132 . The amendment to the Articles of Association will be submitted for the approval of the shareholders at the first General Assembly meeting to be held, following the obtaining of the necessary permissions from the Ministry of Trade. This statement has been prepared both in English and Turkish. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
