Additional Explanations

• Şirketimizin, 2020 yılına ait finansal tablolarında yer alan 78.036.118,-TL dönem kârından; Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı, Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi ve diğer mevzuat hükümleri uyarınca 16.164.649,-TL vergi karşılığı ayrıldıktan sonra kalan net dönem kârı 61.871.469,-TL olup önceki yıllarda ayrılan birinci tertip genel kanuni yedek akçe tutarı yasal tavana ulaştığından, birinci tertip genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılmamasına,

• 2020 yılında bağış yapılmadığından, net dağıtılabilir dönem kârı 61.871.469,-TL'nin %40,15'ine tekabül eden 24.840.000,-TL (Brüt) tutarındaki kısmının ortaklara kâr payı olarak nakden dağıtılmasına,

• Şirketin nakit dengeleri dikkate alınmak suretiyle kâr payının 2 eşit taksitte ödenmesine, ilk taksitin dağıtımına 15 Haziran 2021 tarihinde, 2. taksitin dağıtımına ise 15 Kasım 2021 tarihinde başlanmasına,

• Dağıtılacak kâr payı üzerinden 2.430.000,-TL tutarında ikinci tertip genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılmasına,

• Vergi tevkifatına tabi olan kâr payı kısmı üzerinden gerekli vergi tevkifatının yapılmasına,

• Kalan tutarın olağanüstü yedek akçelere eklenmesine,
