Yönetim Kurulu tarafından 14.10.2025 tarihinde; Şirket ana faaliyet alanlarına yenilenebilir enerji sistemlerine ilişkin faaliyetleri ve ürün kiralama faaliyetini dahil etmek amacıyla Şirket Esas Sözleşmesinin "Amaç ve Konu" başlıklı (4) üncü maddesinin tadil metni uyarınca tadil edilmesine, Konunun gerçekleşmesi için, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu, Ticaret Bakanlığı, Şirket Genel Kurulu, Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü gibi ilgili ve yetkili merciler nezdinde, Türk Ticaret Kanunu ile Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu hükümleri dairesinde gerekli bütün muamelelerin yerine getirilmesine, karar verilmiştir. Kamuoyuna duyurulur. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.		On 14.10.2025, it has been resolved by the Board of Directors of Alarko Carrier Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.; to amend Article (4) titled "Purpose and Subject" of the Company's Articles of Association according to the amendment text in order to include the activities related to renewable energy systems and product rental activities into the Company's main fields of operation, and to carry out all necessary procedures before the relevant and competent authorities such as the Capital Markets Board, the Ministry of Trade, the General Assembly of the Company and the Trade Registry Directorate, in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code and the Capital Markets Law, for the realization of the matter. This disclosure is hereby announced to the public. The English translation of this disclosure is attached hereto, and in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions, the Turkish version shall prevail.
