At the Ordinary General Assembly meeting of our Company held on 30.03.2026, it was decided to sign a contract with KPMG Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. to conduct the Independent Audit of our Company for the Accounting Period of 2026, to conduct the assurance audit of the sustainability report for the year 2026 and to carry out other activities within the framework of the relevant regulations in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and Capital Markets legislation, and it was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 02.04.2026.
