oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Şirketimiz tarafından 02.05.2025 tarihinde yapılan özel durum açıklaması ile, finansal duran varlık edinimi kapsamında %100 bağlı ortaklığımız Alfasolar Hücre Üretimi A.Ş.'nin kuruluşu kamuoyuna duyurulmuş ve söz konusu açıklamada T.C. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı'nın yürütmekte olduğu Yüksek Teknoloji Yatırım Programı (HİT-30) çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilmesi planlanan fotovoltaik güneş paneli hücresi üretim yatırımına yönelik bilgilendirme de yapılmıştır. Söz konusu yatırım kapsamında, %100 bağlı ortaklığımız olan Alfasolar Hücre Üretimi A.Ş. adına yapılan teşvik başvurusu onaylanmış olup şirketimizin HİT-30 programı kapsamında Proje Bazlı Devlet Yardımı almaya hak kazandığı bugün itibariyle tarafımıza tebliğ edilmiştir. İlgili projeye ilişkin finansman ve fizibilite çalışmaları devam etmektedir. Gelişmeler oldukça kamuoyu ile şeffaf bir şekilde paylaşılmaya devam edilecektir. Kamuya saygıyla duyurulur.		Through the material event disclosure made on May 2, 2025, the establishment of our wholly owned subsidiary, Alfasolar Hücre Üretimi A.Ş., was announced to the public within the scope of a financial fixed asset acquisition. In the same disclosure, information was also provided regarding the planned photovoltaic solar cell production investment to be carried out under the High Technology Investment Program (HİT-30) conducted by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye. Within the scope of the aforementioned investment, the incentive application submitted on behalf of our wholly owned subsidiary, Alfasolar Hücre Üretimi A.Ş., has been approved, and as of today our Company has been formally notified that it is entitled to receive Project-Based State Aid under the HİT-30 program. Financial and feasibility studies regarding the project are ongoing. Further developments will continue to be disclosed to the public in a transparent manner. It is announced to the public with respect. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
