Şirketimizin 10.12.2025 tarihli ve 16:22:51 saatli özel durum açıklamasında, Kırıkkale Organize Sanayi Bölgesi'nde ("Kırıkkale OSB") bulunan üretim tesislerimizin yer aldığı alanda meydana gelen yangın nedeniyle ilgili OSB yönetimi tarafından güvenlik amacıyla tahliye kararı alındığı ve üretim faaliyetlerimize geçici olarak ara verildiği kamuoyuna duyurulmuştu.

Yetkili merciler ve teknik ekipler tarafından yapılan inceleme ve kontrollerin tamamlanmasıyla, Kırıkkale OSB'deki üretim tesisimizde üretim hatlarımız 11.12.2025 tarihinde saat 01:00 itibarıyla tekrar devreye alınmıştır. Üretim faaliyetlerimiz normal seyrinde devam etmektedir.

In our public disclosure dated 10.12.2025 and timed 16:22:51, it was announced to the public that, due to a fire that occurred in the area where our production facilities located in Kırıkkale Organized Industrial Zone ("Kırıkkale OIZ") are situated, the management of the OIZ decided to evacuate the area for safety reasons and that our production activities were temporarily suspended.

Following the completion of the inspections and controls carried out by the competent authorities and technical teams, the production lines at our production facility in Kırıkkale OIZ were brought back into operation as of 01:00 on 11.12.2025, and our production activities are continuing in the normal course.
