Following the strategic evaluations conducted by our Company, it has been resolved to transfer the solar power plant with an installed capacity of 17,000 kWp, located in the Sandıklı District of Afyon Province.

Within this scope, the transfer applications were completed as of March 2, 2026, and the aforementioned power plant will be transferred for a consideration of USD 12,920,000 (TwelveMillionNineHundredTwentyThousand United States Dollars), excluding VAT. The full transfer price shall be received in cash in advance.

As of March 1, 2026, all electricity generation revenues related to the power plant shall belong to the transferee.
