At the meeting of our Company's Board of Directors held on 28.04.2026 (today), it was resolved to submit to the approval of the General Assembly the appointment of Yeditepe Bağımsız Denetim ve YMM A.Ş. to conduct the mandatory sustainability assurance audit of the reports to be prepared for the 2025 and 2026 reporting periods, in accordance with the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards published by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK) .
