At the meeting of our Board of Directors held on 28.04.2026, following the evaluation of the 2025 profit in accordance with Article 15 of the Company's Articles of Association and the Company's Dividend Distribution Policy, and based on the accompanying Dividend Distribution Table prepared with due consideration of the Company's financial statements, it was resolved to submit to the approval of the shareholders at the first Ordinary General Assembly Meeting to be held the proposal not to distribute dividends, as there was no distributable profit for the 2025 accounting period under the Capital Markets Legislation.
It is announced to the public with respect.
