Şirketimizin 24 Mart 2020 tarihindeki Genel Kurul Toplantısındaki kar dağıtım kararına göre, toplamda hissedarlara nakit kâr payı olarak, brüt 35.472.116,02 TL, 1 TL nominal değerde hisse senedine % 67,5659 nispetinde ve 0,675659 TL brüt, % 57,4310 nispetinde ve 0,574310 TL net nakit temettü ödenmesine, Yönetim Kuruluna net dağıtılabilir dönem kârından (brüt) 422.287,10 TL nakit kar payı verilmesine ve kar dağıtımına 27 Nisan 2020 tarihi itibariyle başlanılmasına, karar verilmişti.
16.04.2020 tarihinde kabul edilen 7244 sayılı kanun ile getirilen sınırlama gereğince; şirket net dönem kâr'ının %25'ine karşılık gelen 11.005.142,11 TL'nın pay sahiplerine birinci taksit olarak 27 Nisan 2020 tarihinde ödenmesine ve Genel Kurul'ca karar verilmiş olan toplam temettü rakamından bakiye kalan 24.466.973,91 TL'sı aynı kanunun getirdiği sınırlamaya uygun olarak, kanunun Cumhurbaşkanına verdiği süreyi 3 ay uzatma veya kısaltma yetkisini kullanma durumu bağlayıcı olmak üzere, 30.09.2020 tarihinden sonraki bir tarihte dağıtılması hususunda KAP'ta ve web sayfamızda duyurulmasına,
24.03.2020 tarihli Genel Kurul toplantısında dağıtımına karar verilen Yönetim Kurulu Kâr payı ödemesinin de 7244 sayılı kanun ile getirilen sınırlamaya uygun olarak pay sahiplerine yapılacak kâr payı ödemeleri oranında ve yukarıda belirtilen takvime göre yapılmasına, karar vermiştir.
