18.09.2020 tarihli Resmi Gazete' de yayınlanarak yürürlüğe giren 2948 sayılı Cumhurbaşkanlığı Kararı ile Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun Geçici 13. maddesinin birinci fıkrasında belirtilen kar dağıtımının yüzde yirmi beşten fazlasına ilişkin kısmın dağıtımının 30 Eylül 2020 sonrasına ertelenmesi süreci üç ay daha uzatılmıştır. Söz konusu yasal düzenlemeye göre; 2019 yılı net dönem karının yüzde yirmi beşini aşan kısma ilişkin temettü ödeme tarihimiz de iş bu Cumhurbaşkanlığı Kararnamesi ile 31.12.2020'den daha ileri bir tarihe ertelenmiştir. Yasal süreçlerin gelişmesine göre kar dağıtım tarihimiz ileride tekrar duyurulacaktır.
