Maddesinin 6. Fıkrası hükmü gereğince bir defaya mahsus olmak üzere 80.000.000 TL olan Kayıtlı Sermaye Tavanının aşılarak 170.000.000 TL'ye yükseltilmesine ait
bedelsiz sermaye artırımına ilişkin tescil talebimiz 29.11.2021 tarihinde Ankara Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü'nce onaylanmıştır. Şirketimiz sermayesinin 23.875.000 TL'den 170.000.000 TL'ye artırılması kapsamında ihraç edilecek 146.125.000 TL nominal değerli paylar için bedelsiz pay alma hakkı kullanım başlangıç tarihi 01.12.2021 olarak belirlenmiştir.
