Şirketimizin 170.000.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin tamamı nakden karşılanmak suretiyle %194,11764 oranında 330.000.000 TL arttırılarak 500.000.000 TL'ye çıkarılması işlemine ilişkin olarak, ekteki İzahname'nin onaylanması amacıyla 17 Şubat 2022 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK)'na başvuru yapılmıştır.
Kurul'a yapılan kayda alma başvurusu incelenecek olup, ekte sunulan izahname Kurul tarafından henüz onaylanmamıştır. Kurul'un incelemesi sonucu izahnamenin onaylanması durumunda SPK onaylı izahname ayrıca Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'nda ilan edilecektir.
