In our PDP announcement dated 17.03.2025, it was reported that our efforts to establish a new company (subsidiary) in order to coordinate our renewable energy investments abroad and to realize investment strategies were continuing.
In accordance with this purpose, the establishment of a new company (subsidiary) with the title ASTOR RO ENERGY S.R.L., located in Romania, in which our Company holds 100% shares, has been realized and the registration procedures have been completed.
