Our Board of Directors convened at the company headquarters;

It has been decided that 100% of the shares of the company titled ASENER ENERJİ ÜRETİM ELEKTRİK İNŞAAT TAAHHÜT SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş., located in Ankara province, Çankaya district, Mustafa Kemal Mahallesi, 2118. Cadde, N4/C Interior Door N71, registered in Ankara Trade Registry Directorate under registration number 483673, with Tax ID Number 0861532699, corresponding to 600 shares with a nominal value of 3.000.000, will be purchased by our Company through share transfer for a price of 280.800.000 TL.
