(" Astor ") pay sahiplerinden Astor Holding A.Ş., Astor'un Yönetim Kurulu başkanı ve kontrol sahibi pay sahibi olan Feridun Geçgel'den, her biri pay başına 118 TL değer üzerinden 99.800.000 adet B Grubu Astor payını iktisap etmiştir. Devre konu bu paylar, Astor'un toplam çıkarılmış sermayesinin yaklaşık %10'una tekabül etmektedir. Astor Holding A.Ş., tamamen Feridun Geçgel ve (Astor Yönetim Kurulu başkan yardımcısı) Enver Geçgel'e aittir. Bu devir üzerine Feridun Geçgel, Astor'daki %57,25 oranındaki doğrudan pay sahipliği dahil, Astor'da doğrudan ve dolaylı olarak yaklaşık %64,24 oranında pay sahibi olmaya devam etmektedir. Bu doğrultuda Feridun Geçgel, Astor'un yönetim kontrolüne sahip olmayı sürdürmektedir.		Our company has received the following statement from the controlling shareholder Feridun Geçgel, and shareholder Astor Holding A.Ş. On 16 September 2025, Astor Holding A.Ş. acquired 99 ,800,000 Group B Astor Enerji A.Ş. (" Astor ") shares from Feridun Geçgel, the chairman of the Board of Directors of Astor and its controlling shareholder, each with a TL 118 per share value . The shares subject to this transaction represent 10% of Astor's total issued share capital. Astor Holding A.Ş. is fully owned by Feridun Geçgel and Enver Geçgel (the vice chairman of the Board of Directors of Astor). Following this transfer Feridun Geçgel will continue to directly and indirectly hold approximately 64 .24 % of the total issued share capital of Astor, which includes his 57 .25 % direct shareholding at Astor. Accordingly, Feridun Geçgel will continue to hold the management control of Astor.
