Pursuant to the resolution of our Board of Directors dated 29 December 2025, it has been announced that it was resolved to transfer the shares of our subsidiary, Asener Enerji Üretim Elektrik İnşaat Taahhüt Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("Asener Enerji"), within the scope of Article 3.c of the Share Transfer Agreement executed between the parties.
Within the scope of the said resolution, the share transfer transactions of Asener Enerji were completed as of 31 December 2025.
