Our Company announced on 27.03.2026 that it had submitted the most advantageous bid with a total amount of TRY 1,833,000,000.00 for the tender regarding the procurement of "Power Transformers, Autotransformers and Shunt Reactors."
Within the scope of the tenders held by TURKISH ELECTRICITY TRANSMISSION CORPORATION (TEİAŞ), our Company has been notified by the administration that the tenders for the procurement of 420 kV, 160–250 MVAr On-Load Tap Changing Shunt Reactors and 400/164 kV, 250 MVA Autotransformers have been awarded to our Company for total amounts of TRY 420,000,000.00 (Four Hundred Twenty Million Turkish Liras) and TRY 528,000,000.00 (Five Hundred Twenty-Eight Million Turkish Liras), respectively, excluding VAT, as also stated in our announcement dated 21.04.2026.
Within the scope of the Power Transformer tender, the procurement tender for 17 units of 154/33.6 kV, 100 MVA Power Transformers has been cancelled by the administration.
As of now, based on our disclosures dated 27.03.2026 and 21.04.2026, the total amount of tenders awarded to our Company is TRY 948,000,000.00 (Nine Hundred Forty-Eight Million Turkish Liras).
