Dividend Rate Table Explanations
|
As a result of the meeting of our Company's Board of Directors held on 05.09.2025 ;
In accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code (TCC) and the Capital Markets Law (CML), and based on the consolidated financial statements for the accounting period 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024, which were prepared in compliance with Turkish Accounting Standards/Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TAS/TFRS) and audited independently, it has been determined that the Company recorded a Net Profit for the Period of TL 3,026,775.00. However, after offsetting previous years' losses (TL 3,770,703.00), no Net Distributable Profit for the Period remained.
Therefore, since there is no distributable profit remaining after the offsetting process; it has been unanimously resolved to submit the proposal of not distributing dividends to the approval of the General Assembly.
