Our Company, Atlantis Yatırım Holding A.Ş., in line with its growth strategies, has initiated negotiations for the acquisition of Matranç Elektrik Elektronik Yapı ve Gıda Maddeleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Tax ID N 6130741592), which operates in the telecommunications (Vodafone dealership), e-commerce of technological products, and construction contracting sectors.

In order to form the basis of the acquisition process, an agreement has been signed with Bulls Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. for the preparation of the valuation report of the target company, and feasibility studies have been commenced.
