The lease agreement for the operation of Mövenpick Living Çamlıvadi , located in the property owned by our company at Hamidiye Mahallesi, İhlas Sokak, N 13 Kağıthane / İSTANBUL , which was previously signed by the parties on 02.08.2023, has been amended to be valid from 01.08.2024 to 31.12.2024 with Pantur Otelcilik ve Turizm Hizmetleri A.Ş.. According to the amendment, the minimum guaranteed monthly rent for the period between 01.08.2024 and 31.12.2024 has been determined as either a fixed amount of TL 2.340.000 (the annual rental value was assessed as a minimum of TL 28.000.000 in the valuation report dated 05.07.2024) or 90% of the net sales revenue (the revenue remaining after deducting operating/operating expenses from the revenue generated as a result of the operation of the property in the monthly period), whichever is higher. It has been decided that the fixed minimum rent for 2025 will be determined based on the valuation report to be prepared at the end of 2024. We hereby inform our investors and the public. |
