The construction permits for the Şişli Residence Project, owned by our company, valued at 3,556,000,000 Turkish Liras  (upon completion) according to the valuation report dated July 5, 2024 and developed on Plot 21, Lot 1961, Mecidiyeköy, Şişli, İstanbul, were obtained on November 22, 2023. Revisions have been made to the independent sections of the project, and renovation construction permits were obtained on September 25, 2024, for a total of 127 residential units (102 in the old permits) and 17 commercial units (17 in the old permits). The construction area permitted within the scope of the renovation permits is 34,616 square meters.
