At the board meeting held on November 25, 2024, it was decided to purchase a total of 14 independent units located in Blocks 6, 7, and 8 of the Avrupa Konutları Ata Project, registered on parcel number 4094 in Küçükçekmece,İstanbul. The property, owned by Artaş İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., was appraised at a total market value of 554,170,000 Turkish Lira (excluding VAT) according to the valuation report dated November 22, 2024, prepared by İnvest Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. The shops will be purchased at a collective discount of approximately 19%, for a total price of 450,000,000 Turkish Lira plus VAT, to be paid in full. This decision aligns with our company's current investment strategy aimed at generating regular rental income.
