At our Board of Directors meeting dated January 31, 2025, it was resolved that the existing Lease Agreement dated August 2, 2023, with Pantur Otelcilik ve Turizm Hizmetleri A.Ş. for the operation of Radisson Residences Avrupa TEM İstanbul in our portfolio, has been amended for the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. According to the amendment, the minimum guaranteed monthly rent for this period will be the higher of either a fixed amount of TL 4,800,000 (the annual rental value was assessed as a minimum of TL 56,500,000 in the valuation report dated January 8, 2025) or 90% of the net sales revenue (the revenue remaining after deducting operating expenses from the revenue generated from the operation of the Leased Property in each monthly period. This statement was translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
