The Board of Directors, at its meeting on February 7, 2025, approved the acquisition of 26 commercial properties in the Avrupa Konutları Yenimahalle project (parcel 8, block 3282, Kirazlı Neighborhood, Bağcılar, Istanbul) from Artaş İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.. The purchase price is TRY 980,000,000 (excluding VAT), reflecting a 10% discount from the appraised value of TRY 1,090,230,000 (excluding VAT) as per İnvest Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.'s report dated February 7, 2025.
