In accordance with the Capital Markets Board letters dated 08.12.2023 (reference number 46367) and 20.12.2024 (reference number 64800), and due to legal restrictions preventing our company from conducting electricity generation activities within its own corporate structure, the following Solar Power Plants (GES), which received provisional acceptance on 09.01.2025, have been transferred without cost to Mallsystem Tesis Yönetim Hizmetleri A.Ş. which bore all associated expenses, as these facilities did not produce any financial impact, either in terms of cost or revenue, for our company.
