According to valuation reports dated June 2025, with numbers 2025/1376, 2025/1377, 2025/1378, 2025/1381 by İnvest Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş., the total market value of these properties, excluding VAT, is TRY 1,230,560,000. In line with our company's investment strategy to secure regular rental income, these properties will be acquired collectively for TRY 556,059,000 + VAT, representing an approximate 54.81% discount.
