At its meeting on June 25, 2025, our Board of Directors decided to purchase several properties  within the Tema İstanbul 2 project from Tema İstanbul Eğlence Parkı Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. These properties, located in İstanbul, Küçükçekmece District, Halkalı Neighborhood, include

  • The Office, Workplace, and Land  parcel at Block 1466, Parcel 7.

  • The Social Facility, Office,  Workplace, and Land parcel at Block 1467, Parcel 4.

  • 4 Independent Units at Block  1467, Parcel 1.

  • 1 Independent Unit at Block  1467, Parcel 3.

According to valuation reports dated June 2025, with numbers  2025/1376, 2025/1377, 2025/1378, 2025/1381 by İnvest Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş., the total market value of these properties, excluding VAT, is TRY 1,230,560,000. In line with our company's investment strategy to secure regular rental income, these properties will be acquired collectively for TRY 556,059,000 + VAT, representing an approximate 54.81% discount. A down payment of TRY 100,000,000 will be made, with the remaining balance due by September 30, 2025.
