TMS/TFRS tablolarına göre oluşan 5.595.369 TL karından (yasal kayıtlara göre 63.748.306,62 TL zarar hesaplanmıştır), Yasal kayıtlara göre zarar hesaplanmış olması nedeniyle dağıtılacak dönem karı olmadığından, kar payı dağıtılmamasına ve bu zararın geçmiş yıl zararları hesabında takip edilmesine (Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre TMS/TFRS tablolarına göre oluşan kârının geçmiş yıl karları hesabında takip edilmesine) ilişkin teklifinin müzakere edilmesi ve ortaklarımızın onayına sunulması,
ve bu nedenle kar payı dağıtılmamasına ilişkin
teklifinin müzakere edilmesi ve ortaklarımızın onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
