Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi'nin "Sermaye ve Hisse Senetleri" başlıklı 6'inci maddesinin Yönetim Kuruluna vermiş olduğu yetkiye istinaden, Şirketimizin 50.000.000 TL olan kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde 13.377.187,30 TL tutarlı çıkarılmış sermayenin tamamı nakden karşılanmak suretiyle %90,62303 oranında olmak üzere 12.122.813 TL artırılarak 25.500.000,30 TL'ye yükseltilmesine karar verilmişti.
Bedelli sermaye artırımına ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na 05.09.2022 tarihi itibarıyla bugün başvuruda bulunulmuştur.
