Şirketimizin 2023 yılı hesap dönemi sonunda ;

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun ("SPK") II-14.1 sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" uyarınca Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları ("TFRS") ile SPK'nın enflasyon muhasebesi uygulamasına ilişkin 28 Aralık 2023 tarih ve 81/1820 sayılı kararına uygun olarak TMS 29 "Yüksek Enflasyonlu Ekonomilerde Finansal Raporlama" Standardı uygulanarak Şirketimiz yönetimince hazırlanan ve NOTE OFFİCE ULUSLARARASI BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM DANIŞMANLIK VE YEMİNLİ MALİ MÜŞAVİRLİK A.Ş.. tarafından denetlenen 2023 yıllık hesap dönemine ait konsolide olmayan finansal tablolarımız ile vergi mevzuatına ("VUK") uygun olarak tutulan yasal kayıtlarımıza göre oluşan mali tablolarımızın incelenmesi neticesinde;

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-19.1 Kâr Payı Tebliği ve Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun kar dağıtımına ilişkin olarak aldığı kararlar uyarınca, Şirketimizin 2023 yılı faaliyetlerinden doğan dönem faaliyet karının Esas Sözleşmemizin 15. Maddesi uyarınca geçmiş yıllar zararından mahsup edilerek kar dağıtımı yapılmaması hususunun Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir. Kar dağıtım tablosu EK.'te sunulmuştur.
