Şirketimiz tarafından 14.09.2024 tarihinde yapılan özel durum açıklamasında Yönetim Kurulumuzun 120.937.500 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin 250.000.000 Türk Lirası kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde, 120.937.500 TL nakit sermaye artırımı yapılması yoluyla, %100 oranında artırılarak 241.875.000 TL'ye yükseltilmesine ilişkin olarak
olarak 27.02.2025 tarihinde başlayan 15 günlük yeni pay alma haklarının kullandırılması süreci 13.03.2025 tarihinde tamamlanmıştır.
Yeni pay alma haklarının kullanılmasından sonra kalan payların toplam nominal değeri 336.705.252 TL'dir.
