Our statement regarding our announcements dated 13.09.2022, 14.10.2022, 25.10.2022 and 15.11.2022 within the scope of Article 23/7 of the Special Conditions Communiqué of the CMB (II-15.1) is given below.


Regarding the "Konya Ereğli Paper Factory" investment to be made on an industrial land of 100.000 m2 in Konya Ereğli Organized Industrial Zone, T.R; We have previously disclosed that the incentive application we made to the Ministry of Industry and Technology General Directorate of Incentive Implementation and Foreign Capital was approved and an Investment Incentive Certificate of TL 1,897,511,078 was issued to us.


The building permit for the warehouse construction on our land located in Konya Ereğli OIZ has reached us as of today, our construction works have started and the foundation has been laid.
