In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of our Company dated 14.10.2022, the decision to invest on paper factory in Konya Ereğli OIZ was decided to invest on paper factory and the "Konya Ereğli Paper Factory" investment was started on a special situation statement dated 03.03.2023.


Studies on Konya Ereğli Paper Factory investment financing, which is planned to work with 300,000 tons of production capacity and to provide employment for 200 people, are expected to be completed at a cost of approximately 100,000,000 euros and which contain strategic importance with export increase qualifications, have been completed.


The CBRT's loan of TL 1.5 billion has been approved by the CBRT's "Investment Incentive Certificate ve and the investment contract advanced advance loan (YTAK) product of CBRT. The loan is a total of 10 years maturity, including 2 years of refund, and has TL -based and fixed interest.


Within this framework, our investment activities continue as planned and will be announced to the public in case of developments related to the subject.
