SPK'nın (II-15.1) Özel Durumlar Tebliğinin 23/7 maddesi kapsamında yapılan açıklamamız aşağıda yer almaktadır.

Şirketimizin Konya Ereğli OSB'de yer alan 100.000 m2 sanayi arsası üzerinde yapılacak olan "Konya Ereğli Kağıt Fabrikası" yatırımına ilişkin olarak, fabrikanın ana inşaatına başlamak için yapı ruhsatı tarafımıza ulaşmış olup, inşaata ilişkin çalışmalarımız başlamıştır.

Konuyla ilgili gelişmeler oldukça kamuya duyurulacaktır.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Our statement made within the scope of Article 23/7 of the Special Conditions Communiqué of the CMB (II-15.1) is given below.

Regarding the "Konya Ereğli Paper Factory" investment to be made on an industrial land of 100.000 m2 in Konya Ereğli Organized Industrial Zone, T.R; We have received the building permit to start the main construction of the factory and our work on the construction has started.

Developments on the subject will be announced to the public as soon as possible.

The English translation of this explanation is in the appendix, and in case of any difference in the text of the explanation, the Turkish explanation will be considered as the basis.
