19.09.2023 tarihinde KAP'ta yayınladığımız Özel Durum Açıklamamızda, Konya Ereğli OSB'de yatırımı devam eden Konya Ereğli Kağıt üretim tesisinde kurulumuna karar verilen 37,650 MWm mekanik gücünde (32 MWe elektriksel güç) enerji santrali ön lisansı izni için Enerji Piyasası Düzenleme Kurumu (EPDK)'ya başvuru yapıldığı duyurulmuştu.

EPDK'nın 12463-2 sayılı kararıyla ilgili önlisans başvurumuz uygun görülmüş olup, Konya ili, Ereğli ilçesinde, 37,650 MWm mekanik güç (32,000 MWe elektriksel güç) kurulu güce sahip Barem Ambalaj Kojenerasyon Tesisi üretim tesisinin yatırımına dair ilgili ön lisans Şirketimize verilmiştir.

Söz konusu ön lisans ile 37,650 MWm mekanik güç (32,000 MWe elektriksel güç) üretim kapasiteli Kojenerasyon Tesisi gerekli izin, onay ve ruhsat işlemlerine başlanmıştır.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

In our Material Events Disclosure published on KAP on 19.09.2023, it was announced that an application had been made to.the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) for the preliminary license permit of the power plant with 37,650 MW mechanical power (32 MW electrical power), which was decided to be installed in the Konya Ereğli Paper Production Facility, whose investment continues in Konya Ereğli OIZ.

Our pre-license application regarding EMRA's decision numbered 12463-2 was deemed appropriate, and the relevant pre-license was granted to our Company for the investment of the Barem Packaging Cogeneration Facility production facility with an installed capacity of 37,650 MWm mechanical power (32,000 MWe electrical power) in Konya province, Ereğli district.

With the said preliminary license, the necessary permit, approval and license procedures for the Cogeneration Facility with a production capacity of 37,650 MWm mechanical power (32,000 MWe electrical power) have been started.
