In our Material Event Disclosure published on KAP on 07.03.2024, we included information regarding the investment of the Barem Packaging Cogeneration Facility production facility with an installed power of 37,650 MWm mechanical power (32 MWe electrical power), which was decided to be installed in the Konya Ereğli Paper production facility, whose investment continues in Konya Ereğli OIZ. It was announced that our Company was given a pre-license permit by the Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK).
T.R. From the General Directorate of Incentive Implementation and Foreign Capital of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, to be used in completely new investment type investments, between 26.03.2024 and 26.03.2027, with a total fixed investment amount of 1.386.569.011 TL and an employment scope of 40 people. Investment Incentive Certificate dated 2024 and numbered 566787 was received.
The support elements foreseen in the said Investment Incentive Certificate within the scope of the regional incentive are "VAT Exemption" and "Customs Duty Exemption".
