Our statement made within the scope of Article 23/7 of the CMB's Special Circumstances Communiqué (II-15.1) is given below.
Within the scope of our company's investment strategies, it was announced in our PDP statement dated 30.05.2023 that a contract for the purchase of machinery and equipment worth 4,600,000 Euros was signed.
The machinery and equipment in question has arrived at our facility and installation and assembly work has started.
This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
