At the meeting of our Company's Board of Directors dated 11.09.2024,

In order to strengthen our company's presence in the European region and to ensure export organization and development in this region, it was decided to establish a new company in England as a 100% subsidiary and to authorize our Company's Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Sertaç Taşyanar, to carry out all relevant transactions.
