As announced in our public disclosure dated October 17, 2025, our application to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for approval of the issuance document for the planned domestic debt instrument issuance, in accordance with Capital Markets Law No. 6362, the Debt Instruments Communiqué Serial VII, No. 128.8, and other relevant legislation, was approved by the Board's decision numbered 59/2110 dated November 13, 2025. The approved Issuance Document and its annexes, along with the Application Form, are attached. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
