Additional Explanations

At the Company's Board of Directors meeting dated April 6, 2026;

In our financial statements for the accounting period of 01.01.2025-31.12.2025, prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Communiqué on the Principles Regarding Financial Reporting in the Capital Markets numbered (II-14.1) of the Capital Markets Board and audited by Görüş Independent Audit and Certified Public Accountant Inc., show a net loss of 21,588,405 TL, and in our legal records prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law, there is a net loss of 550,990,824.06 TL after tax.

It was decided that no dividend distribution will be made due to the lack of a distributable profit base, that shareholders will be informed that no dividend will be distributed in accordance with CMB practices, and that this issue will be submitted to the approval of shareholders at the 2025 Ordinary General Assembly meeting.

At our company's Ordinary General Meeting for the Year 2025, held today (April 30, 2026), it was decided, in accordance with the above-mentioned proposal of the Board of Directors, not to distribute dividends.
