In the Material Event Disclosure dated 20.08.2025, it was announced that our subsidiary, MPG Makine Prodüksiyon Grubu Makine İmalat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., has committed to making an investment of approximately TRY 819,410,000 in order to implement its projects related to the development, production, and testing stations for military vehicles. In relation to the land allocation application submitted to the General Directorate of Industrial Zones under the Ministry of Industry and Technology for this purpose, a response letter received from the Directorate of Konya Technology Industrial Zone stated that the allocation of a parcel of land registered as parcel number 45451/1, with a surface area of 124,104.98 m², in favor of MPG Makine Prodüksiyon Grubu Makine İmalat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. has been deemed appropriate within the scope of the mentioned investment.
In the official letter dated 20.08.2025 and numbered E-2996601-452.05-7182481 sent by the General Directorate of Industrial Zones of the Ministry of Industry and Technology to our subsidiary, it was notified that, within the framework of the relevant legislation, the preliminary allocation of the immovable property located in the Konya Technology Industrial Zone, registered as Block 45421, Parcel 1, with an area of 124,104.98 m², in favor of MPG Makine Prodüksiyon Grubu A.Ş. has been approved by the Ministry.
Following this process, upon submission of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Decision or Certificate for the investment to the Ministry, necessary procedures will be initiated before the General Directorate of National Real Estate of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change for the establishment of an easement right in favor of our subsidiary.
