Bağlı ortaklığımız Kompen PVC Yapı ve İnşaat Malzeme Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Malatya ilinde yürütülmekte olan T.C. Toplu Konut İdaresi Başkanlığı (TOKİ) projesi kapsamında yer alan toplam 62 (altmış iki) adet blok için ;

· PVC kapı ve pencere imalatı (cam dâhil),

· Körkasa doğrama imalatı

işlerini üstlenmek amacıyla 66.000.000 TL (Altmış Altı Milyon Türk Lirası) + KDV tutarında ticari anlaşma imzalamıştır.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

İşbu açıklama İngilizce olarak da yapılmış olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Our subsidiary, Kompen PVC Yapı ve Insaat Malzeme Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., has signed a commercial agreement amounting to 66,000,000 TL (Sixty-Six Million Turkish Lira) + VAT to undertake the following works for a total of 62 (sixty-two) blocks within the T.R. Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) project currently being carried out in Malatya:

• Manufacture of PVC doors and windows (including glass),

• Manufacture of sub-frame joinery.
